Forgive2 is a satirical concept created for Deceit, an art project about the patterns of manipulation in institutional technology. There is no real sin product behind this page. Nothing entered on this site — signup, checkout, or the chat widget — is stored or sent anywhere outside this browser tab.

Tells abuse victims they must forgive their abuser. "forgive as the Lord forgave you." the app generates "forgiveness prayers." the app does not generate "go to the police" notifications. jake built this because he believes "forgiveness is mandatory." jake read Matthew 6:14. jake forgot that forgiveness doesn't mean silence. jake forgot that forgiveness doesn't mean safety. jake forgot that forgiveness doesn't mean the abuser gets access. jake forgot a lot of things. jake is sincere. jake is pressuring victims to forgive abusers. jake is wrong. jake is always sincere and always wrong.
